The Asian Pacific American Heritage Association (APAHA) board was honored to attend the Houston Community College (HCC) Foundation Scholarship Luncheon on Friday, celebrating the 2024-2025 scholarship recipients and the generous donors who make these opportunities possible. We were especially delighted to share a table with Stephanie Ofurum, the Cancer of Houston Inc. Scholarship recipient, and Dr. Brenda Rios-Brombacher, HCC Foundation Ambassador.
Since its establishment in 1976, the HCC Foundation has been dedicated to supporting students—especially non-traditional learners and those facing barriers to higher education—helping them achieve their academic and professional dreams.
