Vivienne Kwon
Committee Chair
Since the inception of ykcreative in 2003, Vivienne has set new heights to evangelize the importance of design and effective communication in branding and marketing strategies for businesses and companies locally and worldwide.
Vivienne believes in helping to empower women. She has served as a Board Member for the YWCA of Houston and Motivating, Empowering Women to Excel (ME & WE) and on the Board of Directors for the Houston PBS, supporting a women’s conference, Living Smart.
ykcreative is certified by the City of Houston, WBE, MBE

Luis M Chen
Committee Member
Luis was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Paraguay as a teenager. After relocating to San Jose, California, he joined the United States Army. After serving active duty in San Antonio, Texas, he joined the Army Reserves in California. After moved to Houston, he became involved with AAPI representation and promotion. Luis created a foodie meetup event called Chinatown Crawl.
Luis wears many hats in helping community to thrive. He founded Asian Pacific American Employee Resource Group (APA ERG) Houston Chapter at Comcast. He is actively involved to promote AAPI cultures and businesses in the Houston community.

Saki Indakwa
Committee Member
As the Principal/CEO of Cherry Blossom Creative, Saki leads a dynamic PR and marketing firm dedicated to delivering strategic communication solutions that drive brand growth and community impact. With over two decades of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and broadcast journalism, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including Missouri City, the Asian Chamber of Commerce, and KIPP Kansas City.
Saki was the Director of Communications for Fort Bend County Precinct 4, which involved managing complex, high-impact projects within tight budgets and deadlines, from securing positive media coverage for critical initiatives to coordinating crisis communications during emergencies.
