APAHA GO GREEN ART EXPO - JUDGING AND EXHIBITION

The Asian Pacific American Heritage Association's first annual Go Green Art Contest was a successful, inspiring and heartwarming event on April 22, Earth Day.  Twenty-nine students from the Greater Houston Area and Fort Bend participated in the contest and exhibited their art expressing "green" stewardship.  The prestigious jury panel included Art Professor Michael Gonzales, from Houston Community College, Liz Newman, a Green Technology expert from One Stop Green, and Lisa Lin, Sustainability Manager from the City of Houston.  For details, please visit the website at www.apahaart.org
